White Horse Green People

I worked as a Assistant Landscape Architect alongside my post-graduate studies. White Horse Green, previously the Heeley development Trust was a growing small practice bourne out of a Groundwork practice. It was a temporary position designing gardens, bids and CAD packages.

Eco Village CAD plans: I prepared drawings and calculations (alongside my employer) for a site wide SUDS scheme utilizing rills, filtration waterfalls, permeable surfaces and gravity fed irrigation.

Eco Village Virtual Model: In order to work out the final look of the gabion walls and heights and slopes I prepared a quick model.

Wolf Lamp Factory: Japanese Garden (progress photos). I assisted in the design and build of this garden. A tiny budget and some innovative used of recycled materials allowed us to create a nice seating space for staff. I worked on planting plan, specifying, overall design and construction.

Sure Start Schools Bid. I prepared a quick bid for work on a local school to create a new playground and landscape. This was prepared on a tight deadline (1 day) and was successful. We proposed a landscape that provided educational resources, recreational walks, quiet areas, art areas and lots of different types of sports and activities.

- Residential illustrations and plans

- System administration and office procedures.
